General D MacArthur
Douglas MacArthur was born January 26, 1880 in Little Rock Arkansas on an army base. His father had fought in the Civil War for the Union Army. As a child he and his family lived on a military base. In 1903 MacArthur graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with honors. He then fought in both World Wars. He rose up in the army through promotions and awards. In 1920 MacArthur married Louise Cromwell, whom he divorced in 1229. He was promoted to General in 1930 and spoke out against Communism. In 1935, President Truman chose MacArthur as his military advisor to the Philippines. He married Jean Faircloth in 1937 and in 1938 she gave birth to a son. In WWII MacArthur was appointed as commander of Allied forces fighting in the Pacific. He and his army launched many successful operations against Japan. In 1945, Truman appointed him supreme Aliied commander. He remained in Japan after the dropping of the atomic bomb and oversaw reconstruction. During the Korean War, he was very vocal about his criticisms of the President, leading to him being relieved of his position. On April 5, 1964 MacArthur passed away at 84 years old. He was buried in Norfolk, Virginia, where a memorial was built in his memory.
General D Eisenhower
Dwight Eisenhower was born on October 14, 1890 in Denison Texas. As a young man Eisenhower worked at his fathers creamery and was a part time firefighter. He used the money he made to pay for his brother's college tuition. In 1915, he graduated from West Point Academy and was commissioned as a second lieutenant. At first he was stationed in Texas, where he married Mamie Geneva Doud. On his wedding day he was promoted to first lieutenant. In 1917 Dwight and Mamie had their first son, just months before the United States entered WWI. During the war he ran a tank training center in Gettysburg. In 1921 the Eisenhowers son tragically passed away at the age of three from scarlet fever. A year later they gave birth to another son and Dwight was promoted to the role of executive officer to General Fox Conner. In 1941, after being transferred to Fort Sam Houston, he was promoted to chief of staff for the Third Army, and shortly after Brigade General. In 1942 he became major general, and later commander in chief of the Allied Forces. Eisenhower led the Allied invasion of North Africa and the D-Day invasion of Normandy. Because of his success, he was promoted to a five star general. A few months later he was appointed U.S. Army chief of staff. From 1948-1950 he served as president of Columbia University. He left Columbia to become Supreme Allied Commander of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. In 1952 Eisenhower was elected President of the United States, winning by a landslide.
In 1956 Eisenhower was a reelected to a second term, winning by an even wider margin than in his first election. After serving as president for eight years, he retired to Gettysburg with his wife. Dwight Eisenhower passed away on March 28, 1969 from heart disease.

General H Truman
Harry Truman was born on May 8, 1884 in Missouri. He grew up on a farm where he worked as a child. As a teen he joined the National Guard. During the First World War he volunteered for the military. Although he was exempt from the draft, he joined anyway, and became part of the 129th Field Artillery. He was promoted to captain and worked in France. After the war he returned to his home town and married Elizabeth Wallace. In 1919 he had his first daughter, Mary Margaret. He and an assiociate, Eddie Jacobson, opened a hat shop in Kansas City, which unfortunately failed in 1922. He insisted on paying back all the money he owed, which took over 15 years. Late per that year,Truman was approached by Democratic leader Thomas Pendergast. Pendergast chose Truman to run for county judge in Jackson County. He won the election. He continued in politics and in 1934 and in 1934 was elected senator. He worked on allocating money for Roosevelts New Deal Program. In 1940 he was re elected as senator. In 1944 when FDR ran for president, he chose Truman as his Vice President. The Vice Presidential pick was very important, as it was feared FDR wouldn't survive the term. They won the election, but just months after FDR had a stroke and passed away. On April 12, 1945 Truman was sworn in as president. When he became president the war was coming to an end. Germany surrendered, but Japan was not giving up. Truman made a decision that would change the course of history. He dropped an atomic bomb on Hiroshima. The Japanese still would not surrender, so he dropped an ever larger bomb on Nagasaki.
